We help UK businesses assess whether selected Salesforce workflows can be simplified, connected or replaced to reduce software costs and repeated administration. We review the actual configuration before recommending a scoped change and managing its migration and handover.
We can meet anywhere in the UK by arrangement. A replacement is recommended only if the overall case works for your business.

A better decision starts with the actual bill.
We compare licence spend, duplicated work and the real cost of changing. Released staff time is counted separately from cash saved.
THE DECISION
Keep what earns its place. Change what costs more than it delivers.
01
Keep or reconfigure
Check usage, current settings, unused seats and the features your team genuinely relies on.
02
Connect or simplify
Remove duplicate entry and awkward handovers while keeping a system that still fits.
03
Replace with a plan
Scope a new system only after comparing ongoing costs, transition work, data and operational risk.
A Salesforce replacement decision starts with the configured business process, not a comparison of contact screens. Salesforce’s Data Export FAQ says formula and roll-up summary fields are excluded from exports, and export completion has no service-level agreement. Data extraction therefore needs a plan for dependencies, derived values and timing rather than an assumed instant copy.
WHERE THE COST HIDES
Follow the work, not just the subscription.
01
An approved customer process
A lead or account passes through custom objects, validation and approval steps that are poorly documented outside the system.
What we check Map the records, relationships and decisions in one agreed process. Identify what is essential, what is unused and which steps require the current platform or specialist support.
02
Sales information into delivery and finance
Teams copy approved opportunity details into delivery and finance tools even though the CRM is heavily configured.
What we check Trace identifiers and ownership across the systems. Assess whether repairing a supported connection removes enough repeated work to justify retaining the core CRM.
03
Reports that depend on hidden logic
A management report depends on custom definitions and calculated values that may not be obvious in a data export.
What we check Document calculations, source fields and exceptions. Compare known report results in a test environment and require the responsible business owner to approve any rebuilt logic.
IMPLEMENTATION & HANDOVER
We handle the move, step by step.
Discovery, data mapping, tests, agreed cutover, training and aftercare belong in the delivery plan. The scope depends on what your team uses today.
A broad or highly specialised Salesforce implementation may be unsuitable for replacement. We agree the capability and specialist support required before committing to a change; a data export is not proof of feature parity or a working migration.
Choose a supported extraction method for the account and required data; allow for export timing and download availability.
03
Preserve relationship identifiers and separately document configuration and calculations that record exports do not reproduce.
04
Test a bounded workflow with representative data, access roles and downstream integrations; agree acceptance and rollback arrangements.
05
Reconcile final changes, provide user training and written ownership, then review contractual commitments before any supplier exit.
Evidence before the decision.
Supplier documentation helps us find the available export and integration routes. It does not establish that every feature, record or obligation can be moved unchanged.

Show us the bill and the workflow behind it.
At a face-to-face review, we identify the functions to protect, assess realistic options and agree what evidence a decision needs.
Which custom objects, approvals and integrations keep the business running?
Which calculations or reports would be difficult to reproduce?
Could reducing unused scope or fixing integrations deliver a better outcome than replacing the CRM?
