Cookies & storage

The public website

The current website does not include advertising pixels or an optional analytics tracker, and our application does not set public-site tracking cookies. Calculator entries stay in page memory. Eden stores the current browser session’s conversation list and messages in session storage, so you can move between chats within that session. The conversations are also saved on our server and emailed to our team when finished or inactive.

Sending an Eden message transmits it for AI processing and transcript storage. See our Privacy policy for more detail.

Admin session storage

The restricted admin area uses browser session storage to hold sign-in and session-refresh tokens, and a temporary password-recovery token when that flow is used. These entries are named cce_admin_access, cce_admin_refresh and cce_admin_recovery. They support access to the brand library and are not advertising identifiers.

Signing out clears the stored admin sign-in and refresh values. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session; browsers may restore it when restoring tabs. You can clear site data in browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or interrupt password recovery.

External services

The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts. Our hosting, authentication and security providers may handle technical request data to deliver and protect their services. The contact page loads Calendly's embedded calendar only after you choose to show available times. Calendly may use cookies or other storage under its own privacy notice. You can instead open the booking page in a separate tab.

Your choices

You can control cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent admin sign-in from working. There is currently no optional analytics or advertising preference to enable on this site. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the required choice before activating it.
