These terms cover website use. Any paid review, implementation, ongoing support or other work requires a separate agreement setting out scope, fees, responsibilities and any applicable cancellation terms. Starting a chat or booking an introductory meeting does not commit you to paid work.

Eden and the calculator

Eden is an AI assistant, not a person. Its answers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them as a starting point for discussion and check important information before acting. Do not send confidential third-party information, passwords, bank details, employee records or other sensitive material.

Calculator figures and examples are illustrative, not quotations, personalised recommendations or evidence of actual savings. Outcomes depend on your baseline, alternatives, ongoing fees, setup costs and the agreed work. Time freed from an employee’s existing role is not a cash salary saving if that salary continues to be paid.

The proposed guarantee

The website describes a proposed target of at least £1,000 a month saved after our fees. Its terms are still being finalised. The website does not establish eligibility or a contractual guarantee. Any guarantee must be expressly agreed in writing, including the baseline, measurement period, exclusions and remedy. One-off setup costs are separate unless an agreement says otherwise.

Your decisions and responsibilities

Do not rely on website content as legal, tax, investment, credit or other regulated financial advice. A lower monthly loan repayment does not necessarily mean a lower total borrowing cost. Seek suitable professional advice where needed. You remain responsible for business decisions and for ensuring you have permission to share information.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or use automated requests to disrupt the service. Admin access is restricted to authorised users.

Content and external services

Website content, branding and artwork are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages; commercial reuse of our branding or materials requires permission. Access to the brand library does not by itself grant a trade mark licence.

External booking and supplier links have their own terms. We do not control those services. We aim to keep this website useful and available but may change, suspend or withdraw features, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the separate service agreement.

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s rights to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law allows.
