Trim the campaign bill. Keep the customer permissions.
We help UK businesses assess whether to retain, improve or replace Mailchimp to reduce software spend and repeated campaign administration. Where replacement makes sense, we handle the agreed subscriber migration, integrations, testing and handover.
We can meet anywhere in the UK by arrangement. A replacement is recommended only if the overall case works for your business.

LESS GOING OUT ↘ MORE STAYING IN ↗
A better decision starts with the actual bill.
We compare licence spend, duplicated work and the real cost of changing. Released staff time is counted separately from cash saved.
THE DECISION
Keep what earns its place. Change what costs more than it delivers.
01
Keep or reconfigure
Check usage, current settings, unused seats and the features your team genuinely relies on.
02
Connect or simplify
Remove duplicate entry and awkward handovers while keeping a system that still fits.
03
Replace with a plan
Scope a new system only after comparing ongoing costs, transition work, data and operational risk.
Start with the audiences you actually use, current sending needs and overlapping tools. Mailchimp documents that contact exports can contain separate files for subscribed, unsubscribed, non-subscribed and cleaned contacts; email engagement metrics are not included in the audience export. A cheaper sending route is unsuitable if it cannot preserve the required permissions, exclusions and campaign records.
WHERE THE COST HIDES
Follow the work, not just the subscription.
01
One customer, several audience records
The same customer appears in separate audiences while teams keep another contact list in their CRM. Updates and unsubscribes need checking in more than one place.
What we check Audit overlap and the reason each audience exists. Assess consolidation or a supported CRM connection before proposing a new platform, preserving the status and purpose of each record.
02
A campaign assembled from repeated exports
Someone exports contacts, changes the spreadsheet, uploads it and checks exclusions each time a campaign goes out.
What we check Map approved segments, data ownership and suppression checks. Test a reusable route that reduces handling while a named person approves the audience and message.
03
Reporting paid for twice
The business pays for reporting tools but still rebuilds campaign results for the team or a client.
What we check List the measures and history required. Export campaign reports separately where needed and assess whether existing tools can provide the agreed review without another subscription.
IMPLEMENTATION & HANDOVER
We handle the move, step by step.
Discovery, data mapping, tests, agreed cutover, training and aftercare belong in the delivery plan. The scope depends on what your team uses today.
A new platform does not create marketing permission. Your organisation remains responsible for its UK GDPR and PECR assessment, audience eligibility and authorised campaign approval. Sending costs and deliverability must be tested for the agreed use.
Record audience purposes, tags, fields, consent evidence and suppression requirements before choosing a destination.
02
Test a sample export across every contact status; do not import unsubscribed or cleaned records as subscribed.
03
Inventory templates, forms, sending domains, journeys and integrations separately from the contact files.
04
Test approved messages, exclusions and reporting with a controlled audience, with human sign-off before any live sending.
05
Review the signed subscription, renewal and cancellation terms; retain required records and agree supplier exit only after the replacement is accepted.
Evidence before the decision.
Supplier documentation helps us find the available export and integration routes. It does not establish that every feature, record or obligation can be moved unchanged.
Product documentation: Mailchimp: View or Export Your Contacts ↗Official documentation reviewed 2 November 2026; publication date not stated. Confirm export scope and permissions in your own account before a decision.
