SOFTWARE BILLS · CUSTOMER & REVENUE SYSTEMS

Keep the enquiry. Cut duplicated call administration.

We help UK businesses assess CallRail costs and the work around call attribution and customer follow-up. We can retain or connect valuable tracking, or implement a scoped alternative where number handling, reporting and migration requirements support the change.

We can meet anywhere in the UK by arrangement. A replacement is recommended only if the overall case works for your business.

A better decision starts with the actual bill.

We compare licence spend, duplicated work and the real cost of changing. Released staff time is counted separately from cash saved.

THE DECISION

Keep what earns its place. Change what costs more than it delivers.

01

Keep or reconfigure

Check usage, current settings, unused seats and the features your team genuinely relies on.

02

Connect or simplify

Remove duplicate entry and awkward handovers while keeping a system that still fits.

03

Replace with a plan

Scope a new system only after comparing ongoing costs, transition work, data and operational risk.

A call log alone is not a replacement for a working telephone and attribution service. Retain CallRail if its tracking, routing or reporting is worth more than the avoidable cost. The official API documents call records, recording links and attribution data; these provide routes to assess an integration or archive, but do not establish that a telephone number can be transferred or that a replacement will reproduce the attribution model.

WHERE THE COST HIDES

Follow the work, not just the subscription.

01

Tracked call to the right customer record

A call appears in tracking software while the outcome and next action are typed again into a CRM. Different people record different definitions of a qualified enquiry.

What we check Agree the customer match, call outcome and follow-up owner. Assess a supported handover so the team records a useful outcome once while keeping source evidence.

02

Marketing source to a trusted report

A report combines call tracking, advertising and sales data without a consistent definition or reference. Removing one tool can remove the evidence used to judge campaigns.

What we check Map source, campaign, time and conversion definitions. Compare retained tracking plus a simpler report with replacement, and test known journeys before changing website tracking.

03

Recording request to controlled access

Teams rely on recording links without knowing which records must be retained or who can access them after an account change.

What we check Confirm retention requirements, access permissions and available export or retrieval routes. Test approved samples and retain an accountable owner for recording notices and lawful use.

IMPLEMENTATION & HANDOVER

We handle the move, step by step.

Discovery, data mapping, tests, agreed cutover, training and aftercare belong in the delivery plan. The scope depends on what your team uses today.

Telecom availability, number portability, recording retention and tracking behaviour must be confirmed for your account and country. We do not promise number transfers, uninterrupted calls or identical attribution from a different service.

See how migration and handover work
  1. 01

List live numbers, routing destinations, website scripts, attribution reports and contractual commitments; confirm number ownership and any transfer process with the relevant suppliers.

  2. 02

Test permitted retrieval of call records and recordings, keeping identifiers and timestamps so the archive can be reconciled.

  3. 03

Prove inbound routing, missed-call handling and customer follow-up in an agreed test plan; compare tracking outcomes before the switch.

  4. 04

Agree the cutover and rollback responsibilities, train staff and stop the old service only after numbers, records and required reporting are accepted.

Evidence before the decision.

Supplier documentation helps us find the available export and integration routes. It does not establish that every feature, record or obligation can be moved unchanged.

Product documentation: CallRail API v3 documentation: calls and attribution ↗Reviewed 2 November 2026; live API reference. Confirm export scope and permissions in your own account before a decision.

Supplier terms: CallRail terms of use ↗Reviewed 2 November 2026; check the terms applying to your account. Check your signed order and renewal position before exit.
