FACE-TO-FACE COST REVIEWS · LONDON

Keep more of every client project.

We help London businesses reduce software bills and repetitive administration, handling the replacement systems, migration and handover where a change is worthwhile. Book a face-to-face review to assess the work, subscriptions and approval routes behind your current costs.

We meet businesses in London and across the UK by arrangement. Our office is in Rochdale; this page does not claim a London office.

WHY THIS REVIEW IS LOCAL

Start with the work businesses actually do.

The Greater London Authority’s December 2025 finance and professional services evidence describes these as high-value, high-skill sectors central to London’s economy. For a business coordinating several client accounts, the useful cost question is therefore more specific than which application is cheapest: how many paid tools and repeated handovers sit between agreeing the work, delivering it and reporting back? The examples below are assessment routes for those workflows, rather than findings about every London firm.

These sources describe the local economy; they do not prove a saving for your organisation. We check your own bills, tasks and constraints before proposing a change.

THREE PLACES TO LOOK

Find the cost inside the workflow.

These are review questions, not assumptions about your business.

01

Client onboarding without three versions

A new client is created in a CRM, project tool, document store and finance system. The same contacts and scope are entered several times, while access permissions drift between teams.

What we would assessChoose the owner of each client record and assess supported handovers. Transfer approved details once, retain matter or project permissions and route incomplete information to a named reviewer.

02

One approval trail for a purchase

A software purchase is approved in email, recorded in a spreadsheet and renewed by a different department. Duplicate licences survive because no one owns the full commitment.

What we would assessBring subscription owner, renewal date, usage evidence and approval together. Compare retaining the tool, reducing seats, connecting it or replacing a defined capability before the next commitment.

03

Reporting from agreed delivery data

Account teams buy extra dashboards while still rebuilding client updates from task boards and spreadsheets. Different definitions lead to more checking before a report can be sent.

What we would assessAgree the reporting definitions and reusable data flow. Produce a reviewable draft from approved records, check whether an existing platform can do the job and retain account-owner sign-off.

KEEP · CONNECT · REPLACE

The right change depends on what must keep working.

We compare current licences, repeated tasks and handovers with practical alternatives. AI is one possible method where it makes financial sense.

How we review software costs ↗
DELIVERY, NOT JUST ADVICE
  1. Map systems, records, permissions and costs.
  2. Agree a scoped change and test with real users.
  3. Plan transfer, cutover, training and named ownership.

Client confidentiality, contractual restrictions and regulated advice need their existing qualified owners. A cost review does not authorise moving client information into a new AI tool or weakening access controls.

A USEFUL FIRST MEETING

Bring the bills. Show us the bottleneck.

We can start with a rough monthly software spend and one example of a repeated task. We will ask:

  • Which client detail is entered into more than one paid system?
  • Who owns software renewals across teams or business units?
  • Which report takes the most preparation after the delivery work is complete?
YOUR NEXT STEPBook a face-to-face cost review in London.

We discuss what can be reduced, what should stay and who would own the change. No saving is assumed until the numbers are checked.
